Completed project for a Berry Farm
- Cooling equipment manufactured For the cooling system, a compressor condensing unit based on the Frascold Q7-25.1Y compressor was manufactured
- Sorting area equipment For the sorting area, compressor condensing units based on Tecumseh TAG4553Z compressors were produced
- Precooling system For precooling, the RMC PreCool 1-630 system was manufactured, based on a high-efficiency EBM Papst fan
A compressor condensing unit based on the Frascold Q7-25.1Y compressor was produced for the cooling chamber, while sorting chambers were equipped with units based on Tecumseh TAG4553Z compressors.
Each compressor condensing unit includes:

compressor charged with oil and equipped with shut-off valves;

condenser equipped with EBM Papst fans;

refrigerant receiver with shut-off valve;
-
hermetic filter-drier, refrigerant moisture indicator, ball valve at the outlet;
-
high/low refrigerant pressure switches and condensing pressure control;
-
control panel.
All components are mounted on a frame made of sheet steel coated with corrosion-resistant powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions.
RMC PreCool 1-630 precooling system
The RMC PreCool 1-630 system is built on a high-efficiency EBM Papst fan.
The fan and control panel are mounted in a housing made of sheet steel with corrosion-resistant powder coating. The unit is equipped with a sealing kit and a tarpaulin deployment system to enable docking and covering of berry crates for pre-cooling.
The housing is fitted with swivel wheels, making the unit mobile.
